Online Coaching is a way to work with clients all over the world and coach them toward their fitness goals. To begin, you’ll fill out a detailed health history & exercise questionnaire where I’ll learn about your body type, previous fitness experience, and learn about your fitness goals that you’re looking to accomplish. Then, I will take this information and create a personalized training program along with a fully detailed nutrition/macro plan geared to have you progressing week to week toward your goals. Once your program is published in the clients only area, we’ll communicate back and forth through your own private chat and also using detailed progress reports & check-ins to make continual adjustments to your program as we go. Questions can be asked at anytime during our time working together with a guaranteed response in under 24 hours (usually much sooner!) to give you the answers needed or make the appropriate adjustment before your next workout. It is my goal with online coaching to help assist you as we work together toward your goals and learn the necessary information for long-term consistency and build the knowledge base to continue to do so even after our coaching has expired.

Can anybody sign up?
Yes, I work with males & females all over the globe internationally. Everything is done online so all that is needed is a working internet connection and goal driven mentality to begin!
Do I need a gym membership?
Nope! Just let me know on your questionnaire form if you have any at-home equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells which will allow me to personalize your routine with more of a variety and variations of exercises. If you do not have any at-home equipment but would like to purchase some just let me know on your questionnaire as well and I will give you the proper recommendations for your goals.
How do we communicate?
You will have your very own private chat with Matt located in the clients only area. I check for new questions, adjustment requests, and routine notes at least twice a day and guarantee feedback or a response within 24 hours to make the necessary adjustments before your next workout. We’ll also have set progress report due dates where you’ll send in your measurements, updated weigh-ins, and progress photos every 4 weeks.
What happens after I purchase?
After you purchase, I (Matt) will shoot you over your detailed health history questionnaire via email. The faster you can fill this out and send it in the quicker you will receive your program.
How long does it take to create the program?
Once you’ve sent in your detailed health history questionnaire your personalized program will be published in the client only area in just 12-72 hours. (72 hours is a rare occasion as most programs are completed in ~ 24-48 hours.)
